Scoreboard (Bleachers) specializes in gold 23k cards. So far, for the ST line, there have been these:  Scoreboard is a part of SkyBox (or was) and SkyBox owns the gold card license.

Scoreboard is associated has one regular card...the QVC All Good Things/Geordi Without His Visor card. The card was produced by Skybox FOR Scoreboard and was offered to QVC viewers when they bought their autographed plaques. The card is limited to 10,000
